Is this TSA PreCheck renewal site legit?
Only if it's the official tsa.gov — travel season fills search results with lookalike “renewal” sites that aren't. These impersonation sites mirror the real application, charge two to three times the official fee, and sometimes simply harvest your passport and personal details for identity theft. Renewing through the government costs about $70 online, and the official program doesn't buy search ads — the lookalikes do. Type tsa.gov into your browser yourself, and if you already paid a lookalike, dispute the charge with your card issuer and watch your credit reports.
