An email says I was filmed through my webcam and shows my home address — is it real?

No. Mass-sextortion emails claim to have webcam footage and “prove” it by attaching your real home address, a street photo of your house, or an old password — all bought from public records and past data breaches, not from your computer. There is no video; sending the same threat to thousands of addresses at once is the entire business model. Don't pay, don't reply, and change any password that still matches the one they quoted.
